Extended warranty
This warranty can be purchased through your Panasonic Authorized Service Center or Partner.
The benefits you get:
- This is the original Panasonic extended warranty. It is not an insurance contract concluded with a third party as usual.
- This extended warranty is provided under the same conditions as the statutory warranty. The only difference is that if the product cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced free of charge. Contrary to other offers, it does not include depreciation.
- This extended warranty can be purchased at any time within 24 months of the purchase of the device, but no later than 7 days before the end of the statutory warranty.
- You can choose any extension from 1 to 3 years.
- All repairs are performed by an authorized service center using only original spare parts.
The service is available for cameras, cameras (Lumix compact, Lumix G, Lumix S), interchangeable lenses and TVs (LCD, OLED).

How is the Panasonic Extended Warranty different from alternative offers?
